Since Mesquite Baptist Academy was started, our goal has been to give our students the best possible education and preparation necessary for the workforce. With this target in mind, we use some of the top curriculums available to ensure a well-rounded Christian education. We also strive to make sure our students are prepared for college.

Several of our students that have enrolled in college were able to test out of 1-2 English levels. Our students have been able to graduate from MBA and enroll into a 4-year university with little adjustment keeping up with the requirements and demands from those colleges. Most of these students work while at college and have no problem maintaining their grades and their jobs. Others have graduated from MBA and gone directly into the workforce. These students tend to be successful at their jobs, and it is not uncommon for them to be congratulated on their work ethic, or have accelerated promotional paths.

Some have decided to transfer to a public high school due to a scholarship program, or get started on a specialized college prep program. These have tested in the top percent of their class. We’ve also seen some students who decided to transfer out of our school (either for financial reasons or a long distance move) go to public schools and be well ahead of their classmates academically.

Occasionally, we do receive students who’ve transferred into our school who struggle at first because of our increased academic expectation. We are always willing and able to work with these students to get them up to speed and at the same level as their classmates.
